This is a blog for me to put my journey of releasing weight to the world –to make it known that I can and am doing this for myself!

I have my body bug on to count my steps,my head is in the right place,my emotions are tied to this project –total focus,using my intuition and all the inside strength that I know I have to do this for ME NOW!  I have also enlisted my PLD team to give  me support which I can feel every day (some are texting me in the am –that is M-F).

Walking to get my metabolism up before I start some additional weights.  I have already hiked up the Los Gatos Trail from the bridge to the Lexington Dam.  I have walked heart attack hill (by my house) twice now.

I LOVE LIFE!
