Jan 3 Lexington Dam walk & Relationship

Walked to the bottom of the Dam hill – hip still hurts a lot – really cold – 39 degrees at 7:30 – brrrrrrrrrrr. So much for 55 the day before (they told me a fib to get me out walking today…not really).

Cool morning – uploaded Allison Armstrong’s CD program to iPod and listened to her during my walk – laughed, smiled, and had several AH HA moments while listening…can’t wait to see her in January in SF!

One of the last “hot” days of September – fall approaches, seasons change in the world that surrounds us as well as inside us. The choice is yours to change or stay where you are. I choose and embrace change as it constantly opens new vistas for me to see, feel, hear and enjoy.
