Why count the days? Is this a contest? Is this a 10-20-30….90 day goal? No. This is a permanent lifestyle change. So who cares WHAT DAY IT IS – NOW is what matters.
So what’s this about the scale? Some say weigh every day, some say weigh once a week, some say forget it and one can judge by how your clothes fit. Well, analysts like myself love to see numbers, charts, etc. So right now I will weigh myself every day.
OK – question arose re PLD. This was a 90 day individual goal setting class which is an advanced class with PSI SEMINARS located in SF (as well as other cities in the US). I took the class in late 07 and loved it. We had individual goals as well as a team goal. The members on the team are called players (like a football team). Hope this is enough info for you non-PSI folks.
Monday walked 45 minutes while waiting for the family van to get its smog check. HINT – do something while you wait.
Yesterday had anaylst conflict re purpose of this blog and how to effectively and succiently go forth each day so others might get value out of this also.
