Finished my 4 mile walk – needing to bump up my calories – very low energy last night and this morning…… http://www.insidesue.com
OK OK – 2 days with under 900 calories consumed each day does NOT help me. Also, if you are checking my step page you can see that even doing a 4 mile walk plus a short one at night does not bring me close to the 2500 burn that I need each day to go down 3 lbs this week. I never figured this out exactly like this before…you always hear – eat less, exercise more. However, in doing the NUMBERS one can actually see why a person (me or you) levels out for a few days until they actually burn the next 3500……. (I have realized this because I’m using my BodyBug (24 hr fitness) and uploading steps/food diary each day.)
