As most of you know, I am not, nor have I ever been, an athlete. So as I watched my brothers and the neighborhood boys climb trees, I was at the bottom looking up. I wanted a train set, tractor, truck too. However I had my dolls, jacks, Brownies/Girl Scouts/Candystripper/Job’s Daughter – girl stuff. So my dear friend Heath scouted out a tree for me to climb on Friday (Principia did not have the ropes course open this year). So on Saturday after the morning session, we went tree climbing at the Ranch. It certainly seemed like a long way up – NOT. However, it was about 8 ft up and I totally enjoyed climbing my first very own tree. A photo will be added to this blogg later…thankfully no one official from the Ranch saw us and banished us from the Ranch for being unsafe.

An inspiring man and woman life partnership. A unique shared passion and yet still be individuals with their own passions. They truly “listen” to each other. I’d like to attend one of their sermons at the Agape in LA. My LS buddy, Tasha Rae, is has been mentored by Michael. She is the first one to tell me about my “pink” aura. Pink represents unconditional love, love requiring nothing in return. It is also the color of friendship and conviviality. In the aura it signifies balance between the spiritual and the material. And another meaning: compassionate, empathic, giving, optimistic, sensitive, sensual, affectionate, communicate sympathetically. And then I also embody the controller, analyst too….the number cruncher, the let’s get it done NOW, why wait if it needs to be done.

I had never heard of her before this afternoon…..several exercises in darkness and light of one’s self. My commitment to last exercise: I forgive myself for not keeping my health commitments to myself. I’m putting this out there for all of you to read. I put all of YOU first. I’m now first for my health, i.e. walking, exercise and giving back at least 40 lbs of me back to the universe…..
Hugs to all who are supporting me and reading this blog.

What can I say – he’s 75 and TOTALLY BELIEVES in himself and all that he stands for. And, of course, an incredible salesman for PSI SEMINARS. He’s going to use our community project for his next Friday story and have the video attached. INCREDIBLE. I will forward it to all in my address book. COMMUNITY SERVICE AT ITS BEST!!!! What can you do?

WOW WOW WOW – what a fantastic day we here at Principia had with her on Monday. I so endorse her. Check out her website – www.understandmen.com – and go to one of her free classes in a city close to you.
I’ll add more to this after I listen to the CD I have (I already have read the small book I bought – certainly a few things I’ve never even thought about….

What a privilege to hear her speak on Sunday night! Wait til you see my photo with her on this site next week.
Truly an inspiration to all of us who embark on a long term journey of improvement of selves….whether it be weight, addiction(s), or ??? WE CAN DO IT and many of us ARE DOING IT NOW! One small step forward at a time. That’s truly the key – to just keep moving forward.

Wow, this last week flew by and it’s now Monday night at Principia 2009. The first night we had Ali Vincent speak. She is the 5th season winner of The Biggest Loser’s. What an inspiration. Is this why I’m here this year? Today we had Allison Armstrong. An incredible relationship guru from So California. Is this why I’m here this year?
So many special PSI friends that I have met through my various classes are here this week…Helen, Heath, Stephanie, Phil, Carson, Gary and many more. Lots of hugs and dancing on the stage.
Jack Canfield of Chicken Soup for the Soul is the speaker tomorrow – I love his book “The Principles of Success”…. I keep having to reread the first part about 100% commitment and thus have not completely finished it. ALSO we are going to do a community project – laying sod 600 rolls at a local elementary school…what fun that will be.
Why am I here this week? ………….

Remiss remiss remiss – I’m doing this!!!
Well, it’s Thursday and I certainly took a break from my BB. I have walked the Village plus the 6th St hill Mon, Tues & Wed nights. Right now one of my clients is taking a lot of my am time plus the afternoon job is having it’s major fundraiser this Sat and I’m even working tonight cause of being gone next week.
I AM SO READY FOR A VACATION. My suitcase is open and yawning at me because it’s so empty. My pool is a disaster with redwood stuff in it. My solar is turned off because it needs help….enough.
Did I mention I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING – I AM I AM I AM I AM!!!

One of the last “hot” days of September – fall approaches, seasons change in the world that surrounds us as well as inside us. The choice is yours to change or stay where you are. I choose and embrace change as it constantly opens new vistas for me to see, feel, hear and enjoy.
How many of you make that choice in your life too? I’d like to hear if you are afraid of change because staying with the known is “safer” than the unknown. Why?
Pls add your comments!
