This is a blog for me to put my journey of releasing weight to the world – to make it known that I can and am doing this for myself!
I have my body bug on to count my steps, my head is in the right place, my emotions are tied to this project – total focus, using my intuition and all the inside strength that I know I have to do this for ME NOW! I have also enlisted my PLD team to give me support which I can feel every day (some are texting me in the am – that is M-F).
Walking to get my metabolism up before I start some additional weights. I have already hiked up the Los Gatos Trail from the bridge to the Lexington Dam. I have walked heart attack hill (by my house) twice now.
I LOVE LIFE!
